How Often Should You Blog?

by Jenny on January 29, 2010

Have you ever wondered, “How often should you blog?”  It really is something to think about depeending on what you are blogging about and how quickly you want to get on the search engines.  Well, you cannot get on the search engines terribly fast if you are building organic content, but if you blog consistently and put out good content then you should be appearing on the search engines in no time.

On average, you should blog at least 3-4 times a week.  The beautiful thing about a blogging system like Compendium is that  you can write all four of your blog posts in one day and have them scheduled to release on the Internet over a period of days.  So in other words, it looks like you are writing every day, but in fact you are really just writing one day or a couple of days.

Ideally, if you can write ever day then it will be one of best blogging tools that you can have.  That’s where we come in.  We are Business Blog Writers and we will help you get that consistent content out.  We prefer to work with Compendium because they have the corporate blogging tips that you need in order to have a successful corporate weblog.  In other words, they will determine the amount of keywords that your blog ought to target and then will recommend the number of times per week that you should be blogging.  It takes the guessing out of blogging and makes your blog perform all the better.

As Business Blog Writers, we tend to blog only Monday through Friday because, after all, we are Business Blog Writers, so we prefer to write during the week and have our weekends for our families and to give ourselves an opportunity to refresh.  This is sometimes difficult to do, as we are always anxious to get back to the computer and get more content out for our readers.  But, on average you should expect at least 5 posts/week from us.

If you would like to contact us about your blog or a possible blog you’ve been thinking about, please don’t hesitate to do so.
